No 45 Sold to Charles Duryea of the City of New York Merchant for five Hundred and eighty pounds – All That certain Wood Lot situate lying and being in the Manor of Philips=burgh and County of Westchester and is apart of the Homested Farm lately occupied by Frederick Philipse Esquire Bounded Westerly by the North or Hudsons River Northerly by land now in the possession of Peter Furshee Easterly by the Post Road and Southerly by a Lot of Wood Land belonging to Andrew Bostwick Containing Twenty nine Acres more or less Forfeited to the people of the said State by the Attainder of the said Frederick Philipse – October 10th 1785
No 46 Sold to Jonathan Horton of the County of Westchester Farmer for one Thousand and fifteen pounds – All That certain Farm of Land situate lying and being in the manor of Philipsburgh and County of Westchester Bounded Northerly by the Highway Easterly partly by land of the said Jonathan Horton and partly by Bronx River Southerly by land now or late in the possession David Davids and Westerly by Land now or late in the possession of Henry Storm Containing One Hundred and forty five Acres more or less as the same is now possessed by Jonathan Paulding Horton Forfeited to the people of the said State by the Attainder of Frederick Philipse late of the said County Esquire – December 6th 1785 No 47 Sold to John Fisher of the County of Westchester Farmer for five Hundred and thirty three pounds twelve shillings – All That certain farm of Land situate lying and being in the manor of Phillipsburgh and County of Westchester Bounded Northerly by land now or late in the possession of the Widow Buice Easterly by lands now or late in the possession of Noah Hustice and William Fields Southerly by Land now or late in the possession of the said William Fields and Westerly by Lands now or late in the possession of Gilbert Taylor and Aaron Buice Containing one Hundred and eighty four Acres more or less as the same was formerly possessed by the said John Fisher Forfeited to the people of the said State by the Attainder of Frederick Philipse late of the said County Esquire – |
